Coming home in the Cosmic life: the work of a life time

Scannen0001.jpg

Peoples of all times and cultures have a story about the Beginning of all things. Since the beginning of human consciousness people have searched for the mystery of the origin of all that is and the beginning of their own existence. Shamans and Elders, philosophers and saints, yogi and theologians and the average man and woman have in their own ways reflected on the fascinating questions of existence.
Where is the heart, the source of the Universe? What was before the Universe existed?
Who am I? Why am I here and what is my destination? What is the ultimate meaning of our life?
The answers humans have found have come to us through millions of years of evolution of human consciousness.
Do we know the Story we live; i.e. the way we give meaning and direction to our individual life?

“We are beginning to reach out, to touch the flesh of other planets, the flesh that the Universe is. This is part of our creation story today- that we all participate in the same flesh, all derive from that same origin.
Now that the technology allows us to transmit live photo’s in color from the planet Mars into our living rooms and from the edges of the Universe via the Hubble telescope, cosmic flesh is coming ever closer to our own. We yearn for the Universe, for proof that our lives are not trivial and not meaningless.

“When you look at a star, you may be looking at a being that died long time ago. We are seeing the light it beamed before it died so long ago already. To look into space is to look into time. This is new! Early in this century we thought that the Universe was static, that all flesh was essentially static.
But flesh is old, evolving, full of scents of time and space. Flesh has a long story to tell. Every flower contains that story, every body of humans and non-humans alike, every fruit , every blade of grass, every face” M. Fox.

We are coming out of a worldview that tells us that we are fundamentally disconnected from our Milky Way, the stars and the Earth. This worldview is foundational to our present ecological crisis.
The devastation of Earth caused by the human species has everything to do with the place we have taken in the Universe and the loss of our cosmic connection.
Therefore it is so important that all work for the healing and restoration of the life systems of our Earth begin from a renewed connection with the Cosmos, her ongoing story of becoming and unfolding.
It is our own story.
For hundred - thousands years people have met in circles around fires and told the stories about life in the Great Universe and the meaning of being human. Our times need this circles of Wisdom and Wonder.
Can we ask the great questions of our times in a cosmological context?

Meditations to deepen your cosmic connection

“The hearts and minds of all beings share the same experience of oneness with the       Source of Being. If you would ask someone: “Who creates heaven and Earth” then this  person will instinctively answer:“A special Power and Intelligence must been the source of the Universe”.

So my beloved, teach the people to discover their own knowingness of Divine Creative Power. Give them spiritual guidelines to contemplate the Source of all love and to prepare the Earth for the coming of the human, just like a mother who prepares the cradle for her child.”
